Final Key Information for the 2025 Night Permits.

Key information for the 2025 night permit applications.

This information is for Priorslee Flash, Apley Pool and Trench Pool only.

CRITERIA FOR APPLICATIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Current TAA membership required. Night permits are not valid on the bank without this. You will need to show proof on the day.

Night Permits will only be issued to Telford and Wrekin households. You will need to provide proof of address via driving licence or utility bill on the day.

Applications will be available to collect from us on Saturday 26th April 2025 from the Little Dawley pools car park between 1200, midday and 1330. Collection point is near the Dandy Pool railings.

One application per person, per pool(s) of choice to be completed and returned on the date. Bring a pen with you.

Successful applicants will be notified by 2nd May 2025. If you have not heard anything back by then, you have not been successful.

All successful applicants will be asked to reply to the email with an attached photograph (head and shoulders against a plain background, like on passports) by 10th May 2025. After this date, "your position" in the queue will move to the bottom.

Once your photo is received, you will be sent a payment link via email. Payments to be completed by 18th May 2025 at 2359. After this time, the link sent will no longer be live for payment and "your position" in the queue will move to the bottom. The fee for 2025 until 1st June 2026 is £35.00 for each application.

Once cards are printed, they will be available to collect from Oakengates Tackle by the holder.

All unclaimed tickets will be forfeit for future applications as this place could have gone to someone who would have used it.
